These terms describe the relationship between MetalOps and the people and businesses using the platform.

Using MetalOps
By creating an account or using MetalOps, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
If you are using MetalOps on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Your account
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
- Do not allow unauthorised people to use your account.
- Tell MetalOps if you believe your account has been compromised.
Workspace and customer content
You retain responsibility for the drawings, estimates, rate cards and other information that your team uploads to MetalOps.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and process that material.
Using estimation results
MetalOps provides tools to help teams read drawings and prepare estimates. Results should be reviewed by an appropriate person before being used for commercial decisions.
MetalOps does not replace the judgement of your estimator, engineer, purchaser or other responsible team member.
Acceptable use
- Do not use MetalOps to break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another customer's workspace.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Do not upload malicious software or content intended to compromise the platform.
Service availability
We work to keep MetalOps available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems or circumstances outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and our services evolve. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
